As the name indicates, this is the place for gun-related political discussions. It is not open to other political topics.

Because they live in Democrat cities with increasing crime rates, Democrats are buying guns to have in their homes. Up 10% since 2019.
Nearing where almost half Democrats have guns at home.

Welcome to the forum, new Democrat gun owners.

This is interesting, because my conversion from liberal to conservative to libertarian, and from democrat to republican to independent, began with the acquisition of my very first gun—the 1943 Ithaca 1911A1 I inherited from my father after his death in 1990.

Democrats support less police, less incarceration of violent criminals and more looking the other way when criminals commit crimes.
Ironic that their ideals and voting records are the reason that they are having to purchase guns for protection. And yet, 99% of Democrats will continue to think, vote and act the same way as before buying a gun.
