Obama will try to either ram it through the senate before the new Republican senators get sworn in or he will try to make this a recess appointment so that this gun grabber will be acting chief of the BATFE until 2012 WITHOUT a senate confirmation. I invite you to write your senators.

The only upside is that Obama's persona does not allow him to appoint anyone smarter than himself. So, the lapdogs have to stand around and wait for directions from on high.
