Also along the lines of UK silliness...

I have a paying subscription to the English publication called The Economist. It contains no shortage of liberally-slanted condemnation-oriented opinion pieces on America's "gun culture". And of course handguns are largely banned in Britain.

Simultaneously as it presents its views, The Economist throws embedded ads at me for the new M&P 380 Shield EZ. I don't even have to be reading an article about guns or about America. This morning I opened a story link on wage equality in Britain. Two-thirds of the page width was devoted to the referenced topic. The other one-third featured the EZ. I took a screenshot of the page for laughs, but IIRC this forum discourages linking to copyrighted materials even for purposes of non-monetized commentary, so I won't post it here.
