How long after my class do I have to apply?
Is there a time limit? I had a few things come up unexpectedly just following my class and wondered if the eligibilty would expire at some arbitrary date. Financially I'll be ready again to do it next month , I think. Thanks for the input, I couldn't find anything on line.

That sounds like he was talking about the renewal timeframe. When your CHL expires, you have one year from the expiration date to renew without having to go through the full new applicant process again. For a new license, Rex was correct. You have two years from the date of the TR-100 to submit the application.para driver wrote:my instructor said the 'certificate' is good for 1 year...
