Criminals are embolden because seldom do they get the death penalty when committing murders. When one gets caught for that crime i never believe its the first time they have done it. After a few years they're back out on the streets again.

Once is a possible accident, but twice is intentional

I think that the fact that he threatened to shoot her beforehand, tried to conceal her body, tried to leave town, and ran from the police, will definitely work against him in court.

From my local paper today, carjacking and husband shot and killed in front of wife, bad guys then tried to steal car but couldn't steal it because it was stick shift and they couldn't drive stick shift.

Ummmm............Is Houston becoming the new Chicago?

I grew up in Baytown in the 70's. Houston wasn't this bad back then.

Do we need signs "stick shift on board" for our cars to keep from getting in unnecessary gun fights.
