No, he is projected to have 297 electoral votes. The election goes by actual counts when they finish.


That sounds great in theory, but I don't see it happening. He's too far behind, even if it is "just projections".

McCain has already given his concession speech.

It was over before it started .. We knew tonites results weeks ago.
