Times are tough I know and it seems like people are charging a lot for a CHL transactions. Looking for a CHL friendly FFL if anyone knows of someone, it would be appreciated.

Had a decent experience with Operators Edge off of I45 north bound side. Have used Spring Guns and Ammo as well on Spring Cypress near Kuykendahl. I believe some of the local pawn shops are FFL as well. Good Luck!

Operator's Edge has my vote. Good guys there.

Went there yesterday to pick-up my new Glock 21 sf, good experience and $20 fee even better. Nice people.

I am not sure they deal with too many of the female type in there, so I did get a giggle out of the deer in the headlights expression from the large man who buzzed me in and asked if he could help me and I told him I was there to pick up the M&P9JG that had come to them for an FFL transfer. Someone in the back called out - it is by the Dan Wesson. Then while he checked over my paperwork, my daughter was asking about the "funny pistols" on the wall, he stared at me for a second while I told her they were lowers for AR15 formats. He even coughed when she said - "Mom a tommy gun! COOOL!" it was cool too!

They were very nice and professional. I am not sure I remember being called ma'am in that short of a time span in quite a while. Wasn't sure to feel old or respected ;-)
