Obama scorn of SCOTUS at State of Union

#1

Post by AEA »

....was only the beginning..........
Now he is telling them how to rule...........

With this latest act of "I am the supreme leader"
I guarantee that his "Affordable Health Care Act" has seen it's last chance (if it ever had one) of being upheld.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/04 ... -care-law/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You should have heard his speech with Calderon and some Frenchman from Canada......... He was stammering almost as bad as his Lawyer did before the SCOTUS a few days ago!

I am watching The O' Reilly Factor tonight.....he should be really dragging Obama over the coals........ :smilelol5:

The justices did NOT look happy at his SOTU barb directed their way.

A smarter man wouldn't insult people he needs to approve of his *ahem* decrees.

Thankfully, BHO is not a smart man, but a marxist ideologue.

Well, some of them are hard core leftists like he is.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see the healthcare vote go 5-4. Heck, if Heller can go 5-4 regarding something in the BILL OF RIGHTS, nothing the leftists on the court will do can surprise me anymore.

Some of them have zero regard for our Constitution as written. *cough* Ginsburg* *cough*

They may be leftists, but they have some ego and may change their vote if they think they are being politically pressured to vote a certain way.

Your point about the Bill of Rights is well taken. A 5-4 decision on Heller gets me way beyond my boiling point. :mad5 :mad5

Obama has demonstrated he has no clue what the United States Constitution says. He doesn't have the legal chops to teach a Business Law class at community college, much less teach Constitutional Law at a half decent law school.

If I was a Justice who hadn't decided, this would push me to admit the truth. The law is literally unconstitutional.

Now, I agree with all the disgust of the White House Occupier's treatment and actions toward the SCOTUS and it would take a lot more typing to properly convey said disgust...but Mr. Harper of Canada isn't all bad...there have certainly been worse in charge up there in the frozen north (including the two previous Prime Ministers, Jean Chrétien and Paul Martin...who were basically socialists.) I wouldn't want the guy in charge here in the USA, but he's the best they've had in a while.

US President Barack Obama on Monday challenged the "unelected" Supreme Court not to take the "extraordinary" and "unprecedented" step of overturning his landmark health reform law.
I wonder if he feels the same way about his unelected EPA, etc., etc., etc.

Well, I guess the short time span did not allow The Factor producers to get things together for Bill last night. He briefly showed one clip and then on to other things.........

But then the shows that followed talked more about it and this morning the Fox is really hitting the topic hard.....even making the same comparison/conclusion I did in my OP.

The fact that Kagan, who was 100% complicit in advancing Obamacare as solicitor general, refuses to recuse herself is a perfect example of how BHO has pushed people into the SCOTUS who have nothing but contempt for the laws and traditions they are supposed to uphold. I can only imagine the quite rancor many of the other judges must hold for her as this case advances. There is no way she can be considered impartial in this case, yet she refuses to step aside. Extremely offensive. She's not a "justice," she's a shill :mad5
