EDIT: LINK FIXED!

Can someone put my mind at ease ans confirm that this introduced house bill, despite the name, has nothing to do with the NRA??

http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c113:H.R.21:

SEC. 101. PURPOSE.

The purpose of this title is to extend the Brady Law background check procedures to all sales and transfers of firearms.

Etc...

Bad link.

There is some lefty out there that is trying to make hay saying some flawed "survey" of NRA members showed support for his gun control measures. I would assume any bill named "NRA Members'" Gun Safety Act of 2013 is in reference to that flawed survey.

Part of the ten bills introduced being discussed here, it was submitted by 'Moron', I mean Moran.

The first link in that thread has info on each and if you look up Morans bill it gives info on why he called it that, albeit not much
