Prayer Request (updates on page 2)

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Prayer Request (updates on page 2)

#1

Post by fickman »

My wife and I were expecting our fifth child to join us in August. At the doctor's appointment this morning, we learned that the little babe's heart was no longer beating.

We have faith in the sovereignty of God and trust him to open and close the womb according to His will and His timing. We also have hope that one day we'll meet this little one and embrace him/her for the first time.

The hardest part after the initial loss was telling our four little ones. We've been through this once before, but it was before we had any kids.

Please keep our family in your prayers during the next couple of weeks as we go through the next steps of the loss and began to heal.

Praying. It is a difficult road, but I can attest that God will carry you and your family through.

We went through that in the past and it is very sad. You are in our prayers.

I must admit that I saw your post earlier this evening and I didn't know how to put into words my emotions or a suitable response... and I still don't. I am very sorry for your loss and through what I cannot being to imagine your family is going. You and yours will be in our prayers, too.

Prayers sent. I know some of your pain. We've been through the same. Make sure mom knows she did nothing wrong.
