I see where you're coming from, but I tend to disagree. There were 3 leaks total: one in Nord Stream 1 on the 26th, and two in Nord Stream 2 on the 27th. Hard to accept that all three would happen at once, at such a politically convenient date (the SAME DAY the Norway pipeline opened), and with such violence that the explosions were detectable.

There's no doubt in my mind that this was engineered by the US, just like the whole Ukrainian mess was triggered by CIA operatives at Maidan. Of course they'll come up with excellent cover stories and deflections - "plausible deniability," like Iran-Contra, Fast and Furious, etc. This is all SOP.

I've been keeping an eye on politics since the days when Eisenhower was president, and I've never seen anything like Biden's speech the other night. Usually, when a president gives a prime-time national TV address, it's about some pressing issue or general topics that affect everybody. For example, when Nixon announced we were going to bomb Cambodia, or his resignation, or a terrorist attack (Bush on 9/11), LBJ announcing his withdrawal from the campaign, something of that nature.

But Biden's ENTIRE SPEECH was a fictitious attack on a political opponent, full of lies, hatred, and demonization. "Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans." Reminded me of Hitler giving speeches about the Jews. Goebbels must be smiling in his grave. And nearly half the country agrees with him. Never seen anything like it in my 72 years, and it makes me frown at the floor when I contemplate where all this is going.

We already have many folks who think it is pointless to resist tyranny with armed force. HOW MANY WILL GIVE YOUR LIFE TO CHANGE WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY?

It's not that simple. One reason is that we are relatively isolated individuals. Right this instant, if half a dozen SWATs with ARs knocked on your door and told you to give them your guns, would you do it, or would you "resist tyranny" and be shot or thrown in prison, abandoning your job, you house, your wife and kids, etc.?

And what's happening now is an example in point. Would you shoot a black teenager smashing in your car window at a red light, knowing that you could be prosecuted, and you and your house and your family would be doxed, with BLM freaks driving past it at 3 a.m. and harassing your family and kids at home, work and school? Look at the people that were murdered in cold blood during the Floyd riots; not a peep from anybody. What if you're sitting in a restaurant enjoying a nice evening out with your wife and a bunch of BLMs or Antifas take over the place? Of course, we would just LOVE to feed them some hot flaming lead, but you can't lift a finger. People are going to get tired of being helpless, but where that will lead, I just don't know. This is such a freaking mess.

Yeah, it was almost like some kind of stage act. And ALL he talked about was those "maga Republicans" and how they're "attacking our democracy," "don't believe in the Constitution," etc. etc. It was "maga Republicans this, maga Republicans that," blahblahblah. NO mention of inflation, fentanyl, the border, energy, crime, etc. Unbelievable.

One of the things in his proposed package is "safe gun storage law," but nobody has given any details - all the focus is on "assault rifles," magazines, etc. Anyone know what's in it? Do they want to require all guns to be locked up 24/7, something like that?

Yeah, same here - we're always seeing these "bombshell" discoveries, videos, etc. and expose's of the gov doing something clearly illegal, and then poof, it just fades away in a puff of dust. This latest "bombshell video" of those secret migrant flights will probably be the same way. A week from now, nobody will even remember it.
