SECTION 49. Sections 46.15(a) and (b), Penal Code, are
amended to read as follows:

(b) Section 46.02 does not apply to a person who:
(6) is carrying:
(A) a [concealed handgun and a valid] license
issued under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, to carry a
[concealed] handgun; and
(B) a handgun:
(i) in a concealed manner; or
(ii) in a shoulder or belt holster;

I still get dazed and confused when trying to read past some of the formatting but does HB910 not address this issue?
