No. They can give oral notice. Another option is handing out cards or documents with the 30.06 language.

Start a thread and post pics taken by your wife or someone else with you wearing your normal carry gear and clothing. Pics in your normal standing, sitting, etc. postures will give us something to work with.

There's no constitutional right to work for ACME company, so they don't violate your constitutional rights if they end your employment with them. On the flip side, they have no constitutional right to force you to work for them, so you don't violate their rights if you quit because you don't like their policies.
