Re: Recommendations for a Locking Pistol Box

I have two Wyze Gun Safes (lock boxes) and have been impressed with them. It has biometric, code and key options. You can also set it up to notify you if the box is ever opened on your phone and you can even open it remotely if you want (and yes, you can set it up to not allow remote info at all). I...

Re: Shooting in Arlington School

So after watching that video and seeing the mugshots, I am starting to wonder about the story we are being told. That sure looks like the one doing the beating is the guy that came in and shot them later (hair style, height, tone). Could be wrong. Anyone else wondering about this?

Re: Shooting in Arlington School

Saw somewhere that the bail was 75K, which seems a little low. Does anyone with a little more knowledge on this know if that is normal for something like this?

Re: How much is too much?

finally somebody has taken the time to think this through carefully and ask the right question. What do we do about all the people on Social Security if this state, and others, secede? Leave them to starve? Currently, retirees can continue to receive Social Security payments while living abroad in ...

Re: I think the forum is dying

I still use it as a very good reference when I have a question. I thank everyone on the for that is willing to answer my questions. I confess I have not been here unless I NEED something. That is as lame as the friend that never calls unless he wants something. Well, I have simplified life a little...

Re: Gun sales still very strong

Somehow, I don't see this abating soon. Too many people are waking up to the fact that they are responsible for their own safety. While the gun collector in me is sad that price are staying up, the 2nd Amendment advocate is is just counting the future support we are likely to see in elections or gen...

Re: I think the forum is dying

I honestly think a lot of it comes down the ammo shortage as rtschl and others have mentioned. When it costs that much to go shoot, many just take a break for a while (I almost felt dirty going through 9mm last week with a new toy  ). My guess is we will see an upsurge in activity (and hope...

Re: LA: Legislature special session to override Gov veto of ConCarry

I will never understand how any lawmaker thinks flip flopping like that is going to work out for them. All they are doing is making it obvious that they can be persuaded, pressured, bought or intimidated to change their minds. I might not agree with every lawmaker elected, but at least stick to your...

Re: Didn't Know I Had a Stroke

Praying for you man. PFO is one of those silent killer things that I keep hoping will eventually fall under some of our standard testing once technology gets good enough to make it cheap for everyone to be tested. That tiny hole makes it to where small clots that would have been caught in your lungs...

Re: Why All Gun Owners Are Racist

I'm not racist.. I like all of my black and brown guns.. I like longs guns and short guns... and I'm pretty open to most calibers as well... I would happily go to the range with any of them. Heck, their all welcome to stay in my home as long as they like... Heck, my best friend is all black and we ...
