san Antonio has had a law against laockblde knoves for years. It is only enforced agaimst the "gang" members. Even the city (silly) council stated they would not enforce it against a businessman in business attire (suit). Soon after they passed this, a gang person shot someone with a Colt Dragoon replica, which was legal to carry in SA because it was a black powder weapon...
