Gotta love Miranda. She makes great music, she's got plenty of spunk, I love the way she talks, she's cute as can be and now, apparently, she also likes guns. Hard to beat that. Her song "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" mentions a gun as well. "I brought my pistol but I ain't some kinda fool&quo...

I go to church with a friend who is a police officer and who knows I carry. One day at a church function he said, "I didn't know you were left handed." I looked at him kind of strange and asked him why he would think that. "Well, I can see the bulge of your gun on your left side."...

"To the t" or not, I wouldn't pass that sign armed. I've met a few of the Georgetown police. They seem like nice enough guys but they also seem like they're itching to make an arrest. Case in point, I recently interrupted a burglary at a local business in Georgetown. I saw the thieves...I ...

While quite a few folks carry Kel-Tecs, funny that very few folks opt to test with 'em. ;-) That's because it is necessary to actually HIT the target to pass the qualification test. ;-) Not only that, but the P3AT is absolutely PAINFUL to shoot. I generally won't put more than 50 rounds through min...

I know I'm a little late, but I believe the Erwin Center is an extension of the UT campus. Is that not where they play all of their basketball games? I, too, went to the circus but didn't carry for that very reason.

Assuming it IS part of campus, it is unlawful to carry into the building.

I have carried in the post office several times and never given it a second thought. As far as I know Texas law doesn't prohibit it and I've never seen a 30.06 sign, so on the VERY rare occasion that I have to go to the post office (that's what wives are for) I don't bother unholstering if I'm carry...

Austin is no different than anywhere else in Texas when it comes to where you can and cannot carry. Same state, same laws.

Chambered for me. If I have to shoot I don't want to have to think. I just want to point and shoot.

I paid $53 plus shipping, but I got a discount because I purchased several holsters at the same time. I believe the original price was $60, but you'd have to check with Kevin @ K&D Holsters to get a real price. You can email him at leathercraft@hotmail.com. He does great leather work and has ver...

Don't know. I only own Glock handguns. It was made specifically to hold the P3AT and a Glock 9mm/.40/.357S magazine. If any other magazine has generally the same dimensions of a Glock mag then it would fit, otherwise it would either be too tight or too loose. Someone that owns both might be able to ...

One of a kind, too. At least I think it is. It was an idea that I came up with for carrying my P3AT as a backup to my Glcok, so I had it custom made by K&D holsters. Actually, I think he had done a couple of similar holsters before, but I still like to think it was an original idea even if it wa...

True...and they actually changed the name of it as well. It's now the Gaylord Texan. Nice place.

I still think of it as Opryland though because that's what it was originally going to be called...which is why I was confused.
