I'm not a fan of Walmart either and avoid going there if at all possible, but I fail to see the issue here. If the residents don't want Walmart to build there, then they either need to convince the landowner not to sell to Walmart or they need to buy the land themselves. Seems like a no-brainer to ...

The drugs also support GZ's story that he noticed TM because of suspicious behavior, instead of the prosecution (and Crunk) theory that GZ profiled him because he was able to see that TM was African American rather than a dark skinned Cuban or Dominican. On a rainy night.

Thats a different set of facts but I can't legally shoot/stab/beat a clown because he creeps me out. Not even if he follows me around my neighbor's back yard at the party.

The belief/fear for your life or fear of serious bodily injury is the standard. At least that is the way I understand it. Is that not the case? Could it not be argued that Martin feared for his life? He felt he was being followed by a "creepy..." When they confronted one another, Zimmerma...

I like the lubrication suggestion but I also like the don't worry be happy suggestion. If I worried about every scratch, ding or bird dropping on my daily driver, my blood pressure would double. :mrgreen:
