Sure sounded to me that CC was going to be the priority next session. The disappointing thing to me was not a word about 560 next session.
Sigh....well if they succeed in getting CC passed in 2019 then perhaps in 2021 we can get some restrictions removed from where LTC holders are allowed to carry. :banghead: That is assuming that by 2021 Texas is still controlled by pro-2A Republicans and not Democrats.
I think we need to get back control with pro-2A Republicans and not RINOS and fence straddlers.

Re: HB 560 - Holy Grail?

Would not the fact that they have a lot to do, justify getting right to work instead of wasting the first quarter of the session with parties and declarations and sing Happy Birthday to someone's kid?

Our lawmakers better start delivering or we'll start getting more democrats elected because we're tired of being denied.
Wait. What?

You think for one minute that Democrats aren't going to deny what we want?

Maybe I am misunderstanding something. :headscratch
We need to challenge and replace the RHINOS with support of new blood at the primary level, even if they are not in your district!

If these signs are on privately owned property, it will not change. The property owners rights remain intact, as they should be.

Read an article back in 2010 that stated 22 states allow firearms in bars, which I'm assuming means at least 50% of states allow it. How many of these states have real issues?

On a side note, I'll be visiting Pennsylvania later in 2017 and it appears that with a LTC, the only places primarily off limits is schools, court houses, secure portions of airport (federal), any federal facilities, correction centers and mental hospitals. Signs carry no force of law and you must be asked to leave or charged with trespassing. Pretty reasonable, if you ask me, and probably won't have to disarm the entire trip. :thumbs2:[/quote]
I hope they don't judge LTC's by math skill. 22 out of 50 is not at least 50%. I could be just me tho. :biggrinjester:
