Send me a PM with your e-mail address... I may try to get it up on the web, but I'm not sure when I'll quite be able to do that... I can get it e-mailed out pretty quick though... I have it pulling info from an excel file, but it wouldn't be hard to have it pull info from an access DB instead... -Head

I've wondered for some time why they cost $5.00. I know that the whole packet costs the state money, and I don't mind paying, but if I don't order packets, I still pay $5.00. I have considered not giving out the certificates before. They are pretty much useless, and most students look at me blankly ...

I know from experience that Pearland won't do it... Might check with the academies. ACC, Brazosport, U of H Downtown all come to mind. Rolling prints in class is a pain, but I do it anyway. I get very few rejections. I also spend the extra money on good ink, which makes it much easier for me to roll...

Though I am in no way opposed to agencies having fully automatic weapons, I'm not a big personal fan of the concept. It's fun to blow through some ammo, but my personal tactical philosophy dictates semi-auto... I am also not a big fan of the 5.56 round for general law enforcement work, but that's ju...

Re: Post Pardum Pistol Purchase...
I just thought it was kinda funny, yet not sure if anyone else has heard if anyone else having celebrated a birth and gone out and bought a firearm... Stranger things I assume have happened, but then again I can be very strange... Thought y'all would enjoy the story... I didn't go out and buy a gun...

I often occupy the adjacent lane with my gear at the range, but never when the range is crowded. But as a rule, I try not to get huffy with people who have live rounds, at any rate ;) So, I'd say that you certainly didn't do wrong at all... Especially the part about maintaining your temper. Inconsid...

In my classes I recommend against using a CHL as a form of ID. For one, technically speaking, a Military ID is a valid form of ID, but some places won't accept that. When I was a young Marine I presented my military ID when attempting to purchase a pack of cigarettes. The clerk would not accept it. ...
