Texas law on the use of deadly force in defense of persons and property, reckless injury to an innocent 3rd person, civil issues, Castle Doctrine, and real-world application of those various statutes, are all covered. How long it lasts depends largely on how many questions come from the audience.

I just re-wrote the material to update it for changes that resulted from the 2007 Texas Legislative Session.

August is a busy month for me. If I have time, I might squeeze this Seminar into my tight schedule. I might be the only Asian out in the group, so I might stick out like a sore thumb. Ya'll guys can probably spot me real easy :lol:. Please be nice to the Vietnamese kid ;-)
