Alaska has an even better system of CCW than Vermont does. They both allow anyone with a legal firearm to pack it concealed if they want to - no licence needed at all. But Alaska allows for you to get a license if you want the reciprocity benefits that can provide.

So if you got a handgun, you can pack it. Hence "Pack em if you got em".
