No reports that I have heard of that say anyone is injured but people are being evacuated. Why can't we go one darn week without this... making our duty of defending our rights way harder... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Pretty certain however, the shooter is about to get sued out of his mind. YUP I would own his house. Maybe not. This is Texas and many juries still take a dim view of the Yankee notion that criminals should be rewarded for being stupid enough to get shot in the act. Its not a Yankee notion thinking...
