Re: Rethinking 30.06
As others have said, it doesn't seem right to me that a sign on a business (which I might not even see as I am chatting with my family when I enter) can turn me into a criminal and make me lose my CHL. I would rather see no penalty, but if that is not palatable, how about lowering it to class C for...

Re: Cookware suggestions
Thanks for the input so far. I appreciate it and look forward to more suggestions. I cook weeknights and we cook weekends. We cook just for the two of us. We don't cook anything fancy at all and don't really have any desire to do so. We have an old time electric stove with the spiral elements. The ...

Re: Cookware suggestions
It would be helpful to have more background information in order to answer your question. My thoughts are: Do you know how to cook or are you buying for your SO (if so, does she)? I worked in the restaurant business for seven years and that is where I learned how to cook Is your cook top gas, electr...

I was hoping it was a Nevada constituent of similar age who was responsible for kicking the heck out of him.

Re: SIG P938 pocket carry?
Unlike WhoWouldGuess, I am unable to rack the slide while the safety is engaged. Are you sure about that? :headscratch On both my P238 and P938, as well as others I have handled I have been able to rack the side with the safety engaged, provided the hammer is cocked. If the hammer is down when the ...

Re: Why Has The Cost Of Gasoline Plummeted?
Seldom do things happen for a single reason & in the case of oil, there appears to be several factors & a lot of behind the scenes players. Lot of lose ends & unknowns, but I see this as a case of strategic opportunism with geopolitical & economic agendas - basically a matter of tak...

Re: SIG P938 pocket carry?
I occasionally pocket carry the P938 with factory rubber grips in a pocket holster from Robert Mika as well. I have both the square and round holster versions as some of my pockets are square and some are round. I exclusively carry the extended magazine with one in the pipe. Unlike WhoWouldGuess, I ...

I occasionally carry the single mag version of the Barsony nylon carrier and haven't had a single problem. Have you checked to see if the lips were possibly bent? Now you have me nervous... :headscratch The feed lips on both magazines look fine. The only thing I notice is when I remove a full magaz...

Very Happy with new OWB for XDM 45 compact
I'm on day 4 of wearing Garrett Industries Silent Thunder XDS 2.0 and so far it's a keeper. It's being held up by a Ares Ranger 1.5" belt where it rides high and tight. I had to return a G-Code OSH standard kydex holster prior to ordering this one because the butt of the weapon stuck out too fa...
