I disarm everyday when I come to work, I work at the university of Texas at Austin so no weapons there, when I get out I carry again until I go to sleep.

Impatiently waiting.. 02/03/15 completed online application 02/07/15 fingerprint done 02/14/15 CHL class completed 02/15/15 emailed everything to DPS 02/16/15 confirmation email saying that everything is recieved ...... I HATE WAITING Good Luck, I waited 49 days, I been having my CHL for 3 weeks now.

Hmm might be worth it if it gets brownie points during a traffic stop. How long does it usually take for the website to reflect anything once you get the email stating your packet has been recieved? Mine still just says allow sufficient time for processing. I know i know. Like i said...im inpatient...

2/16 submitted online application and chl-100 Got a confirmation for the chl-100 received, am I suppose to get one for the application as well? did you get the barcode printout when you submitted your payment? I did but didn't print it, I just wrote down the tracing number ok that was the confirmat...

Okay... Feb 6, filled out paperwork online, Feb 7, CHL class Feb 10, fingerprints Feb 10, sent paperwork in the evening Feb 11, got confirmation e-mail of paperwork received... 1/14 CHL application applied 1/18 Fingerprints taken 1/25 CHL Class completed 1/28 electronically submitted all with DD214 1/28 confirmation email received of documents sent 13 business days and no update. I have only lived in Denton and Collin counties the last 5 years and squeaky clean with a DD2...
