I can tell you though that it was filed on 9/12. Document 64 & 65 both appear to be motions to dismiss.

I have a strong suspicion an "interest group" (think leftist anti-gun groups--there are several) is paying the attorney's fees incurred by the plaintiffs. Always nice when parties gets a free lawyer (sarcasm).

I am betting there is some pro bono work going on here.

You have a stronger stomach than me, my friend. I read all of the AG's response and loved it. I got about halfway through the second page of the plaintiff's complaint and threw up in my mouth a little bit. I couldn't take it. I'm assuming it didn't get better after that point?
