I carry a shield 9 every day in an AlienGear Cloak Tuck 3.0. I just ordered a Black Arch Protos-M, so I'll see how that works out.

With the AG 3.0 if I bend over, I print some, but by and large people don't notice. There is a bulge at 4:00 where I wear it, but that's unavoidable. I've personally tried AIWB, but I can't make it work and be comfortable yet, I'd still like to try out some different holsters for that.

I don't think it's bad to think about it, but you might be a touch paranoid; better to think about how you're carrying and not flash it, than to flash it because you got careless. Although, I've openly carried a full size pistol before and people don't notice that most of the time.
