A hotel has to abide by Texas Occupational Code Sec. 2155.102 and Sec. 2155.103. Considering that I have never seen the disclosure required on a booking website or on a contract for a ballroom then they have a pretty hard time legally justifying posting .06 or .07.

Texas Occupational Code Sec. 2155.102 and Sec. 2155.103 are instructive to this issue. I have never seen that in any Texas located hotel information.
