You can try this search engine from Applied Ballistics. There may be some ranges not listed, as they have to enroll themselves & validate annually that they're still in business.

I've been to the Austin Gun Club in Lampasas once, but they're a membership only range. Nicely maintained steel targets, including some LaRue targets. Their longest lane goes out to a mile, & their steel is set up at varying distances (ie, not at even increments like every 100yds. They give you a laminated range card for the target layout & distances, or you can use a laser range finder).

I've not yet made it to Copperhead Creek Range in Marble Falls, but I have heard it's a nice range. They go out to 600 yards (from pics on their website looks like steel at 100yd increments).
