Re: Kimber Ultra Carry II won’t cycle properly

Three things: Kimber used to put break in as 700 rounds in their owners manual (back to the range); the stovepipes are usually because of limp wristing (get that mitt up high and tight); Kimbers can be sensitive to some ammunition (especially hollow point with a large ogive). Had several Kimbers, gr...

Re: DPS unveils new design for LTC card

Could an airline check in employee have seen your LTC when you were checking in and flagged you? What airport? Nope - used my passport. It was DFW and AA terminal. I thought it weird also - but given how much data is available on practically everyone in USA, I just went on my happy way. Never had i...

Re: DPS unveils new design for LTC card

Imagine using your LTC at the airport TSA checkpoint. :coolgleamA: TSA already knows you have a concealed carry license. When I checked in for a flight two years ago, I was sent to the secondary inspection. TSA guy said "...you have a concealed carry license, do you have a firearm on you or in your...

Have you considered Crossbreed? Really comfortable and fit very close. I have them for each of my carry weapons. Recommended them to couple guys at work and they bought and love them.

Re: Is 'The Emerson' posted?

Im not really sure that’s something I would call and ask about. Many peoples knee jerk reaction would probably say no. Understood. I have to be there for oldest grandson wedding reception so the chance of accidentally uncovering is higher and I don't want a scene - especially with everybody's anten...

Glock 30SF .45ACP wirh holsters and ammo - Terrell $450

Glock 30SF .45acp, two magazines, loader, box, etc.  Made in 2009.  Probably 200 rounds of mixed reloads, WWB, and defensive ammo.  Nice El paso holster and mag carrier and a Crossbreed holster and mag carrier.  Carried very little and shot even less.  $450 and this is a heckuva deal!

Believe that's just a prop to position the shotgun for a better photo angle.

Re: Houston we got a problem... Live Rd jammed

I am late to the party - but the case bulge and the rim snapped off looks like you may overgassed and possibly underbuffered. The gas pressure starts moving the casing before it has had time to shrink after firing, sometimes causing the bolt to move and tear off a chunk of case rim. Maybe...

Re: NL: Shooter runs into path of own bullets

I dont see it - the f16 is maxed at 1500mph, the 20mm round is at 3400fps, or 2318mph.
