In this case I’d say that the officer did his best to use his judgment and act accordingly. I feel bad that the kid lost his life, very sad ordeal. Nothing good happens at that time in dark alleys, especially when your strolling with a gun when police are trying to make contact.

Re: IN: 'Multiple victims' in shooting at FedEx facility in Indianapolis

At the risk of sounding like one of those "conspiracy theorists", I've become convinced that the online world of social media allows severely disgruntled individuals with mental issues to be "groomed" (egged on or even bullied) to commit these heinous mass crimes. "Hey, tha...

Re: No place but Minneapolis

If a 25 year police vet doesn't know how to subdue a resisting motorist without using deadly force, that is a serious problem. It's either negligence, or incompetence. Take your pick. A 20 year old punk thug doesn't know that you are not suppose to fight the police? Negligent or incompetent parents...

Re: IN: 'Multiple victims' in shooting at FedEx facility in Indianapolis

Anyone else notice a sharp increase in shootings, violence and overall instability since this doofus “administration” infiltrated the WH?

Re: If Const. Carry passes, a signage question

If this passes, what do you do with your current LTC? Frame it? I guess it is then useful in the reciprocity situation. Would licensing then be optional? If there is no licensing, then you’d lose reciprocity unless you got one from another State, like FL or UT? According to TSRA, the bills moving t...

Re: No place but Minneapolis

This is straight from the Minnesota Statues - Manslaughter 2 - (1) by the person's culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another; - She meant to grab the Taser and grabbed her gun instead. Re: No place but Minneapolis

Negligent discharge, not an accidental discharge. Warning Graphic! Video Warning Graphic! Video does show what appears to be explicit negligence. female officer yells, “I’ll tase you, I’ll tase you. Seconds later, the officer yells “Taser, Taser, Taser” shortly before the pistol is fired. “Holy (ex...

Re: Any updates?

I think that bills we support will die on a vine and there’s a bit of discouragement in the air. My opinion.
We will be likely moving in the next year to a friendlier 2A State. TX is good, but not good enough.
