Thank you for the tip! :tiphat:
Bill, the Bucee's in League City and on I-45 both have ethanol free gasoline.
You can also buy it from Bay Oil Company in Dickinson. Bay will also take old fuel from you. If I’ve had fuel cans sitting around for over a year (I treat my ethanol free gas when filling my cans) I’ll empty them there before filling again and if I remember correctly their fuel is 93 octane. I use ethanol free in my lawn equipment, generator and atv
I drove over to the Bucee's in League City and they don't sell the ethanol free gasoline The closest station that carries it is on I-45 in Texas City, which isn't that much further,
but the road construction makes the traffic a nightmare. Anyway, I got a bag of ice for $1.07

It is still flammable and I don't know how I would get rid of it yet.
If you use enough water to dilute the alcohol, the mixture would not be flammable.

OneGun wrote: Wed May 13, 2020 1:33 pm How much more do the gas stations charge for ethanol free gasoline? I doubt we'd see that type of fuel in Harris County because I believe we are an ozone-nonattainment area.
Here is a website that shows the location of places selling ethanol-free gasoline. It looks like there is one place in Houston that caters to racing fuel. One post I saw said
that it was about $0.30 more per gallon.

Putting ethanol in gasoline is the biggest fraud perpetrated on us by the agri-business industry and should be stopped.
