Re: Still won't vote for Trump?

All of this back and forth, changes nothing.
Vote for Trump = A chance to keep the 2nd Amendment.
Vote for Hillary or no vote at all or vote for third party = Loss of 2nd Amendment.

Not a great choice, but I do lots of things in my life that I don't like to do, but I choose the best choice AVAILABLE and go with it.
Part of being a grownup.

Me too. I hope by November there is still a candidate who supports my issue, but it is not looking good.
I'm legitimately curious about this. I assume the one issue is 2nd amendment rights. If not, please correct me.
Our government has some influence over lots of things that impact us every day and potentially for our lifetimes and the lifetimes of our children:
1) Healthcare. We've been tracking toward "completely affordable" for decades. We just had a president that opted us all in to what was likely an unpopular healthcare system. That system didn't deliver what was promised. We have someone running for president that is an open Socialist. We're probably about one presidency away from a single payer system.
2) The health of the economy. Your ability and my ability to have a job and make enough money to support our families.
3) Retirement. Social Security is insolvent. The vast majority of Americans haven't saved much of anything and most depend on it.
4) Taxes. Our continued involvement in foreign wars, continued deficit spending, and unsustainable healthcare means that we're all going to have to pay eventually.. Our our kids will pay. At least that's the most likely outcome.

Of all these issues, why is the right to keep and bear arms the most important? I'm not criticizing that choice at all, I'm just wanting a different perspective on it.
The 2nd is most important and this website explains it pretty well. Lose the 2nd, lose them all eventually.

That's all the pro gun confiscation crowd can respond with. Any other argument falls even shorter.

When gun owners finally get all we can stand and start using those responses, hurt will follow.
If I understand your last comment, I agree. I remember someone telling me that when you use foul language you just show everyone that you don't have the intelligence to select a better word. That always stuck with me. No intelligence in that first link is obvious. Second link, probably.

Of course, last week when I accidentally hit my knee cap on a gas pump at an Exxon, I was not intelligent, but just for just a moment.

Still won't vote for Trump?

Choice not ideal, but a non-vote for Trump gets you the eventual results of this:
