Re: Costco prohibit carry - No signs posted

For those of you who are saying the policy is irrelevant to an LTC, I would like to point out a very important distinction. Their warning in the policy book does not meet the legal requirement for notice. This means you cannot be criminally charged for carrying there. It does not mean you are allow...

Re: Harris County sending Mail-in Ballot Applications to dead people.

So a liberal Facebook friend shared this post. First the original poster lives in The UK. He is a video game designer. And he is a Professor of video game design. Hmmm. So is he dishonest, or just ignorant? I'm not sure of the qualifications needed to be a Professor of video game design, so I'll gi...

Re: Harris County sending Mail-in Ballot Applications to dead people.

Liberal logic:

If fraudulent votes are cast in an election, it's no big deal.

But if a foreign government manages to place an ad on Facebook, the very foundation of our democracy is at risk!

Re: Remington TAC-14?

If you do go with a Shockwave. Consider this cool laser from Crimson Trace. I improvised something similar by adding a rail and a laser unit made for pistols, but this looks like a better solution. The big challenge with these guns is aiming them, IMHO, so a laser is extremely helpful. https://www.m...

Re: School run by Karens

So the logic seems to be that if you are doing "virtual school" from your home then you can't have anything in your home that is not allowed in the school building? I sure hope this principal has no alcohol, pets, or other things in her home that are not allowed at school. A better question is why w...

The independant nation of CHAZ

I'm interested in y'alls thoughts on this. Apparently, a group has carved out a section of Seattle and declared it to be an independent nation. Since it is Seattle, and the group is on the left, the local authorities are focused primarily on finding the leaders so they can start "negotiations" - may...

Re: Liberals have discovered the 2nd Amendment

I don't normally agree with these guys about anything. But if its true that these "police" forces are not only wearing no uniforms, badges, or insignia, but are also refusing to identify who they are with, then why would anyone assume that they have any more, or less, authority than any other citize...

Re: Calling the Police on Burglars “Comes from a Place of Privilege”

So we should just call the morgue directly to get the dead burglars? Or do we drag their bodies out to the curb and let the heavy trash pick-up take care of them?

Re: If you could only carry a revolver

If I could only carry ONE revolver, it would be a Dan Wesson 715 with the pistol pack and a complete range of barrels from snub nose to 8 inch.

If I could carry multiple revolvers, then add a S&W J frame to the mix.

Re: Law of Self Defense: Charges brought against Officer Chauvin

I was actually curious about whether the charges against the other 3 officers are dependent on a successful prosecution of Chauvin. On the one hand, it makes sense that you can't aid and abet a murder if that murder did not happen. But would a jury deciding the case of another officer be bound by th...

Re: Real Issue or Sales Pitch?

I shoot around 100 rounds a month on average (some months much more, some less). Over 15 years or so of shooting, I have never had an extractor fail on any gun, including my Glocks. And I have never witnessed this either.
