This is the often forgotten part of 30.06/30.07. My place of employment is posted 30.06/30.07 but I CC there everyday. I have written permission from the owner. If the doctor has control over the building, and doesn't just rent space, he can give you permission. But... If the doctor is the one responsible for posting the sign, he can also give you permission to ignore them.
