That had been my impression, too. I searched for the candidates snd found two from each party. But maybe somehow only the two Dems are on the ballot. Because California?

There are two Democrats and two Republicans in the race--California rules--go figure. Even with a split vote, the two frontrunners are likely to be Democrats.
