What about the concern that "splitting" the conservative vote gets the Democrat elected? Is there any polling data on this race?

Colion Noir's opinion on Beto
Few can frame an argument as well as Colion Noir. Congrats to him on his success. As for Beta O'Rourke, he's going down.

Re: Are you voting in the 2018 Midterms?

Just trying to gauge the participation of members of this forum! For your poll to be accurate you have to assume that members who are not motivated enough to vote will be motivated enough to respond to this poll. That could be a potential flaw. No worries - I'm not going for scientific accuracy her...

Already joined - I agree that this is a fight we cannot lose. http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/376097-trump-take-the-guns-first-go-through-due-process-second I don't have the full context for the statement made here, but I don't like this on the surface. Charles or any other legal types, w...

Re: TX: Sutherland Springs church 27 dead 30 injured in mass shooting

Is anybody talking about how he was able to purchase the guns? The Sheriff's office said nothing came up on his background check, yet he was supposed to be disqualified, due to the Dishonorable Discharge and spending a year in jail for assaulting his wife and child. Was this a glitch in the NICS sy...

Re: Prayers for those in the path of Harvey

Prayers indeed - wishing everyone safety. If you're in the path, I'd recommend leaving soon and gathering supplies... better safe than sorry. I am fairly confident the storm will not be weakened before landfall.

I'm not a lawyer, but I think you're out of luck on this one: https://texasdefenselaw.com/library/deferred-adjudication-texas/ a set-aside on a felony community supervision may not prohibit a person from owning a handgun under the felon in possession rule. Under the DPS concealed handgun rules, howe...

Charles Cotton's Force & Deadly Force Seminar?

I haven't seen any rumblings of a seminar for 2017, but based on a few comments from members of this forum, I'd be highly interested in attending.

Is there a current schedule?
