2) The court ruled that carrying a weapon concealed without a permit is an inalienable right.. it is legal and that seeing you carry a weapon is NOT JUSTIFICATION FOR A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER STOP.
3) The Court clearly established that Arkansans have a right to keep and bear arms as clearly stated in Article 2, Section 5 of the Arkansas State Constitution.
