The Harris County-Houston Sports Authority was authorized by an act of the Texas Legislature and funded by tax dollars so I'm sure it will be posted and HPD will enforce the improper posting.

I believe you are assuming facts not in evidence.

What needs to happen is, the citizens of Boulder need to organize and show up at city council, and inform them that they have been fired and they have until Dec.31st to leave town. Also, any LEO’s that back this council and law can go with them. But they won't do that out of fear of outing themselv...
