Boy some of you guys are abusing yourself's at the range. I can go to hotwells on tuesdays and shoot pistol all day long for $5.00. Last time rifle and pistol cost me $14.00.

That's the problem with laws. Their made to be interpreted in any number of ways. You can twist em, turn em, stretch em, put it in a pot to be stirred etc. They are worded in such a way you have to go to court in order to decide what they mean. Sure is nice to see someone here who actually understood what the shooting was about.If you watch the video, the police officer interviewed said that they try to run the security guard over with the car and hit him with the car, although he was not injured.
