Boy some of you guys are abusing yourself's at the range. I can go to hotwells on tuesdays and shoot pistol all day long for $5.00. Last time rifle and pistol cost me $14.00.

That's the problem with laws. Their made to be interpreted in any number of ways. You can twist em, turn em, stretch em, put it in a pot to be stirred etc. They are worded in such a way you have to go to court in order to decide what they mean. Most if not all of them are designed to make lawyers ...
