I doubt it. If a course is taught at a public institution other than a community college and the institution receives formula funding for such courses, the benefit applies. Fees for such courses at community colleges may be exempted; but, the community college board has the authorization to charge a “fee for extraordinary costs associated with a specific course or program. You would have to check with the individual college to see if they accept the the benefit for payment of a particular class.
