Either very very stupid, or very very set up. At this point, I'm naturally inclined either to be the case.

Also, considering he doesn't seem to have a history of impulsive threats, this seems to be out of character....

If the traitorous Dems want to play games with national security, shut down the government.
We will be fine in Texas. Let the Dems freeze in the dark.
FYI to those that don't know: https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics ... po-pay-it/
Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-Tex.) proposed EL CHAPO Act may be President Trump’s solution for funding his wall on the southern border.

The Ensuring Lawful Collection of Hidden Assets to Provide Order (EL CHAPO) Act, first introduced by Cruz in April 2017 and reintroduced Tuesday, would divert billions in drug proceeds from cartel leaders to border security.

If passed, the out-of-the-box bill would seize any money forfeited in the criminal prosecution of Sinaloa cartel drug lord Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán and reserve it for securing the border, including construction of the wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

“Fourteen billion dollars will go a long way to secure our southern border, and hinder the illegal flow of drugs, weapons, and individuals,” Cruz said in a January news release. “By leveraging any criminally forfeited assets of El Chapo and other murderous drug lords, we can offset the cost of securing our border and make meaningful progress toward delivering on the promises made to the American people.”

Critics of Cruz’s bill have argued that the money seizures would not cover all of the construction costs for a border wall.

Trump called it an “interesting” idea on Wednesday.

“Anything Ted does is interesting. So that’s certainly an interesting one,” he said to reporters when asked about Cruz’s proposal.

It’s not presidential, but that’s what I would sure do if I was president.

There is a unsubstantiated rumor conspiracy gossips thing running around on 4 Chan that RGB is in one of those medically induced comas. Trying to prolong her life. Probably nonsense.
Sounds plausible... Especially after Scalia's "interesting" circumstances.

Lets not forget that crazier things have been proven true.

But I doubt, he laid out all of his shenanigans, to Trump, before taking the job. But what does this have to do, with the "collusion", or the obstruction of justice, Mueller, is so desperately searching for?
The obstruction of justice is definitely since 2012. His forfeiture of $46 million in cash and property to the government just paid for the investigation. Now Mueller has a direct line into the meeting of June 2016 with Russian nationals offering dirt on Hillary Clinton... you know, the one trump and freinds have repeatedly lied about since it became public. Less of a witch hunt with every conviction. More winning!
Is it illegal to collect dirt on HRC? I don't think so.
It might not be illegal but its probably bad for your health....

Trump’s wall to end 250 years of this families ranching on the Rio Grande.
Their problem was how 500000 acres went to 77 acres. I'm sure WaPo can find 1000 stories where public use impinges upon an ideal.
Ya I read that and it sounds like great-great grand-daddy sold off a crap ton of land without telling anyone. Either that or split inheritance 50 times to get down to smaller and smaller lots. But framing the story as if the government has seized 99% of their land over the centuries without any proof is kinda bull and makes the whole thing stink.

Also, when drafters are laying out the wall (or in my experience, roads) and where it will go, they are told to take it through the most developed portion of the land unless a significant section of property (as well as the developments) can be saved. This is done to force the government to buy the house as well as the land and for the current residents to get the most money out of it. If the government has to buy the house, it is much easier to get payment for full value of the house as well as any land that is taken, rather than leaving a (now worthless) house on a small lot that they could not sell if they wanted too. I wouldn't be opposed to a requirement that any lands outside of the wall be lawfully purchased and owned in full by the US, though.

Far left is angry at Sen. Dianne Feinstein after she apologizes for the disruptions.

https://freebeacon.com/politics/feinste ... sruptions/
Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein (Calif.) provoked outrage from progressive activists on Wednesday after apologizing to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh for the number of protests and disruptions that have taken place during his confirmation hearing.

During her opening statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Feinstein issued an apology to Kavanaugh for the level of vitriol exhibited by those opposing confirmation. The hearing, which began on Tuesday, has faced continuous disruptions from both lawmakers on the dais and protesters in the auidence.

"I'm sorry for the circumstances but we'll get through it," the senator said.
Yes, that was the extent of her apology and the left is furious about it. Apparently civil decorum has completely gone out of style.

It has been shown to work to pressure people into plea bargains that might not be their best option. I am not a big believer that the people who took the bargains were not guilty, but I do believe they would have been better treated by going to trial later and not being held in jail. And yes, I admit some would commit more crimes while out on bail, but that is not what bail is for.
This has been proven very recently: https://www.ammoland.com/2018/06/off-du ... z5ImZe1SEG

Trump’s astonishing concession to Kim.

MSM really trying hard to find a reason to hate denucularization of Korea.
Ya I know right?

1. The big drills are in the spring and just finished.
2. They can be restarted with a 30 second phone call and 24 hours to prep.
3. We have consistently used them as bargaining chips in the past and as reactions to NK provocations. That sounds like 'War Games' to me....
4. Its not like the SK's have t stop training.
5. Its not like we can't train from Japan, Hawaii or on the southern end of South Korea (with quiet, lower quantity drills).

Its a big ol bunch of fake news. Imagine that, a republican president is seeking to reduce our military spending, efforts and military posture and the democrats are throwing a hissy fit. That seems pretty hypocritical.
