I submitted everything on 5/5/18 and last Friday the checklist finally popped up. Everything's complete and mailed out 5/31 hoping it comes in today! 23 and clean record.

He never got the DWI put on his record. It went straight to PI. But he's on probation for a few more months. If he happens to mess up then they are going to give him a DWI

So I have a friend wanting to get his license. He was arrested back in December of 2017 for a DWI but was charged with a public intoxication. That's going to disqualify him for 5 years right?

Mines been 1 day shy of 2 weeks and no check list, she's had the check list since at least 4 days after sending in application which was first time she checked

Ive done everything while trying to get a LTC as a new applicant the same time as my mom 2 weeks ago. When checking status online hers shows up a big box with things checked off. But on mine there's no check list. Have I done something wrong?

Yes minor in possession of alcohol. They wrote me a ticket I paid $150 and took a AA class and wrote a essay and that was it. It was a few years back. So today I sent in showing it's off my record and the proof from Court House showing it was deferred but I didn't put it on the original application....

Ok thank y'all I just went on and sent the paper work saying my mip was dismissed and everything just in case

So it won't show up on there background checks or any thing?
