Can I still get my LTC with a class A misdemeanor?
Back when I was 17, some friends and I decided to spray paint a rival high school and we got charged with a class A misdemeanor. I was put on deferred adjudication, and I successfully completed it last year. I am now 21 and am looking to obtain my LTC. Will a class A misdemeanor for vandalism disqualify me?
