This administration needs to get their story straight.

National security adviser Jake Sullivan said Sunday that he couldn't "confirm or deny" the Wall Street Journal's reporting on the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) recent conclusion that the COVID-19 pandemic likely originated from an accidental lab leak in China and added there was "no definitive answer."

Why didn’t the unvaccinated do more to warn us of the dangers of the vaccine. They could have done more.

Texas Senate Health Committee Interim Report on COVID-19
https://rwmalonemd.substack.com/p/texas ... dium=email
For the section regarding Treatment Policies, Regulatory Guidance, and Patient Care, the Texas State Senate Health and Human Services Interim Report general recommendations are as follows:

Assess the capacity by which infectious disease control services are provided in Texas. Ensure the state has transparent, data-driven recommendations on public health matters; and consider establishing an independent, transparent state-based regulatory authority for developing and distributing disease treatment.

Examine statutory changes to ensure patients have access to prescriptions submitted by licensed physicians in Texas related to COVID-19;

Prohibit future mask mandates;

Prohibit COVID-19 vaccine mandates and maintain that vaccines remain voluntary;

Form a special committee/working group on medical censorship; and

Establish a grant program accessible to Texas-based independent entities to conduct research on the adverse events of the COVID-19 vaccines directly associated with vaccine use.
The vacillating guidance on COVID treatments throughout the pandemic left unanswered questions as to why off-label treatments were deemed unsafe despite signs of efficacy during early treatment. Multiple medical associations, including the American Medical Association, have issued statements cautioning medical professionals from prescribing off-label treatments for COVID-19 patients (38). In certain cases, similar statements included language threatening the suspension or revocation of their medical license (39). Complaints associated with COVID-19 and patient care received by the Texas Medical Board (TMB) accounted for 1,863 from March 2020- June 2022 (40). Of the 1,863 complaints, 16 received remedial plans and three agreed to disciplinary orders (41).

Under the current administrative code, TMB allows physicians to prescribe off-label use, so long as full disclosure is provided to the patient and paperwork is included (42). The lack of clarity around board rules as well as media stories led physicians to fear disciplinary action for prescribing off- label drugs. In response, the Texas Medical Board (TMB) issued a statement clarifying the board does not prohibit any drug or treatment and that licensed physicians should not fear reprisal for their support of one or more COVID-19 treatments (43).

Fedgov cuts more length off the fuse. When the spark hits there isn’t going to be much time before the next War of Independence goes hot.

Do they really believe that we are just going to take becoming a Marxist country without a fight? At least 50% of the people are ready for full socialism and a large number of them are okay with the government killing those in opposition.

The COVID response has never been about health but rather control. They aren’t even hiding that anymore.

Why is the FDA Attacking a Safe, Effective Covid Treatment?
By David R. Henderson and Charles L. Hooper
Wall Street Journal July 28, 2021 12:34 pm ET

The Food and Drug Administration claims to follow the science. So why is it attacking ivermectin, a medication it certified in 1996?

Earlier this year the agency put out a special warning that “you should not use ivermectin to treat or prevent COVID-19.” The FDA’s statement included words and phrases such as “serious harm,” “hospitalized,” “dangerous,” “very dangerous,” “seizures,” “coma and even death” and “highly toxic.” Any reader would think the FDA was warning against poison pills. In fact, the drug is FDA-approved as a safe and effective antiparasitic.

Ivermectin was developed and marketed by Merck & Co. while one of us (Mr. Hooper) worked there years ago. William C. Campbell and Satoshi Omura won the 2015 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine for discovering and developing avermectin, which Mr. Campbell and associates modified to create ivermectin.

Ivermectin is on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines. Merck has donated four billion doses to prevent river blindness and other diseases in Africa and other places where parasites are common. A group of 10 doctors who call themselves the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance have said ivermectin is “one of the safest, low-cost, and widely available drugs in the history of medicine.”

Ivermectin fights 21 viruses, including SARS-CoV-2, the cause of Covid-19. A single dose reduced the viral load of SARS-CoV-2 in cells by 99.8% in 24 hours and 99.98% in 48 hours, according to a June 2020 study published in the journal Antiviral Research.

Some 70 clinical trials are evaluating the use of ivermectin for treating Covid-19. The statistically significant evidence suggests that it is safe and works for both treating and preventing the disease.
In 115 patients with Covid-19 who received a single dose of ivermectin, none developed pneumonia or cardiovascular complications, while 11.4% of those in the control group did. Fewer ivermectin patients developed respiratory distress (2.6% vs. 15.8%); fewer required oxygen (9.6% vs. 45.9%); fewer required antibiotics (15.7% vs. 60.2%); and fewer entered intensive care (0.1% vs. 8.3%). Ivermectin-treated patients tested negative faster, in four days instead of 15, and stayed in the hospital nine days on average instead of 15. Ivermectin patients experienced 13.3% mortality compared with 24.5% in the control group.

Moreover, the drug can help prevent Covid-19. One 2020 article in Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications looked at what happened after the drug was given to family members of confirmed Covid-19 patients. Less than 8% became infected, versus 58.4% of those untreated.
Despite the FDA’s claims, ivermectin is safe at approved doses. Out of four billion doses administered since 1998, there have been only 28 cases of serious neurological adverse events, according to an article published this year in the American Journal of Therapeutics. The same study found that ivermectin has been used safely in pregnant women, children and infants.

If the FDA were driven by science and evidence, it would give an emergency-use authorization for ivermectin for Covid-19. Instead, the FDA asserts without evidence that ivermectin is dangerous.
At the bottom of the FDA’s warning against ivermectin is this statement: “Meanwhile, effective ways to limit the spread of COVID-19 continue to be to wear your mask, stay at least 6 feet from others who don’t live with you, wash hands frequently, and avoid crowds.”

Is this based on the kinds of double-blind studies that the FDA requires for drug approvals? No.

When I got my first shot, I logged in to the VAERS site, registered my mobile and started receiving regular requests to give feedback on any adverse reactions/events. The vaccination paperwork I received at the clinic contained a flyer asking me to register.
Then you did something that was entirely voluntary and likely encouraged whenever any vaccine (or experimental emergency use injection) is administered to a person.

I’d bet most of the people who took the shots didn’t sign up unless they had adverse reactions.

Regardless the number of dead from the experimental injection is significantly higher than the number of dead for ALL vaccines combined over the last 20 years or so.

Based on the CDC's data, reports of vaccine-related deaths and permanent disabilities have gone up 3,300% and 850% in 2021 (Graph 1). This is even higher than the spike that Revolver posted ten days prior to my query. We are currently only halfway through 2021, so this disparity may double by December.
Image
Some will dismiss this pattern as a "statistical artifact" due to vaccination of older people who were already closer to death. But when the sample is limited to people under 40, their reported death and permanent disability rates surged 3,300% and 1,200%, respectively (Graph 2).

Let's see..... We'll compare previous 5 years of data when nearly nobody was enrolled in VAERS, with the past years data when millions of people enrolled as part of the COVID pandemic. And then we'll present the data in absolute numbers without providing any information about the number of people enrolled that yielded each set of data.

:banghead:

This is a mostly made up example, just to illustrate my point...
Deaths reported in the chart were 124 (average per year) and 4163 (2021 year to date).
If, say, 100,000 people were registered with VAERS and 124 people died, that would be 0.0012 or 0.12%
If, say, 1,000,000 people were registered with VAERS and 124 people died, that would be 0.00012 or 0.012%

Hopefully we can agree that the number of people registered with VARS is DRAMATICALLY higher in 2021 than the previous 5 years???
If, say, 5,000,000 people were registered with VAERS and 4163 people died, that would be 0.0008 or 0.08%
If, say, 10,000,000 people were registered with VAERS and 4163 people died, that would be 0.0004 or 0.04%
If, say, 25,000,000 people were registered with VAERS and 4163 people died, that would be 0.0002 or 0.02%

Conclusion:
1. The article is INTENTIONALLY misleading in the omission of relative numbers of those enrolled vs deaths. So intentionally misleading that it completely discredits itself.
2. Given that the COVID vaccinated population trends much older than a generic 5-year-average vaccinated population would, I would not be surprised that the percentage of vaccinated people who died, relative to the number enrolled in VAERS, is higher today than the previous 5 year average.... But... to claim the absolute number increased by 9,000% without comparing the absolute increase to the number of people enrolled.... is simply clickbait.
3. Whatever sliver of respect I had for AmericanThinker.com before reading this article is now gone.
VAERS is a reporting system that adverse reactions to vaccines are reported- there is no “enrollment” it’s based upon incidents reported.

Unprecedented vaccine-related deaths mounting

How many Americans have heard that 1,750 vaccine-related deaths occurred in the first 3 months of 2021 which has now jumped to 5,997 deaths in early June, an unprecedented number in the history of VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System). There is a backlog of reports at VAERS and these numbers will continue to skyrocket upwards.
