The only full auto weapons that can be owned by citizens are those that were in existence in 1986, when a law to that effect was signed by President Reagan. So to produce a full auto from a semi auto would not be legal. Ahh, got it. I wonder why anyone would buy that kit then? Because they did poor...

Suppressors and short barreled rifles (barrel less than 16 inches) are Class 3 items are able to be legally owned as well.

There are also a lot of people who compromise on their principles. A person could be pro-2A, but because thier beliefs are more inline with someone who is Anti-2A they will vote for them instead.

I have never had a gun pulled on me before so I don't know how I would react but I hope I would have drawn my weapon and defended myself.

I don't currently have the rifles I want that I would like to use in an emergency situation but even if i did I am far too paranoid that my car is going to get broken into and my rifle stolen.
