So, as of today, the status is HB910 will be / should be voted on by the Senate, then sent to the Governor.

Today, that bill allows licensed open carry, but prohibits a peace officer from asking for a license "just because".

Am I getting this right?

I believe the "just because" provision was removed in committee.
