Friday and Saturday Range Trips
Do any of y'all ever make the effort to go to the range and take the kids to the range on Fridays and Saturdays? If you do shoot some photos and post them here. Good place to look at what everyone is using and talk about the new and old equipment. Saturday at the Range https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.c...

Re: Army buys a new rifle
I was hoping for the FN entry to be chosen.
I wonder if they were looking at the aspect that this doesn't ID a soldier as the designated marksman the way a SCAR based weapon would.

Re: NFA Trusts and how does it work?
Once a person has established a trust, are there any maintenance or renewal fees associated with it or its use? Thanks. No. It is a private entity. It isn't filed wi the city, county or state governments. The only agency that gets a copy is the ATF as an attachment to a form 1 or form 4 submission

Re: NFA Trusts and how does it work?
[quote]My top four rimfire suppressors choices are: AAC Element 2 Dead Air Armament Mask22 [\quote] Definitely go with either the element 2 or the mask. I met a trust client at the addicks range today and let him have a conjugal visit with his element 2. It was impressive. We shot the element on a b...

Re: NFA Trusts and how does it work?
The attorney who did my trust told me that there is a process for notifying BATF of any permanent change to the barrel length of a SBR, if the new length is also an SBR length. I forget the details of how, except that it does NOT involve paying another stamp tax. The key word here is permanent chan...

When efiling a firm 1 with a trust. If it has a schedule A, the only thing that the schedule A has to have on it is the initial property
I advise my clients to Never send in an updated schedule A.

Re: I was a bad kid... :)
I get calls like this once a week on average. Best way to look into it is to go to the county district clerks office. Ask them to do a criminal background check on you. Ask the to find the file. Get a copy of the dismissal if there is one. In your case. If they released you after one night . . . . T...

And this is why we needed that amendment.
I am hoping one of the cities will screw up bad enough to make a lawsuit viable.
That is the best way to stop this behavior
