My new mag bases also came in the mail about 2 weeks ago.

My "recalled" 370XXX LCP came back Monday. Exactly 2 week turn-around (door to door to door). Box included the cap, extra magazine and note that new floor plate would be sent later.

Got empty shipping box in mail yesterday. Letter said, with shipping, to expect it back in about 2 weeks. Just dropped it off at UPS store in Flower Mound. We shall see ...

I called 'em this past week to see why I'd not got my box in the mail, got the recording and they later left me a voice mail that it should arrive in the next 10 days ...

The original mazazine release on mine does have more than just a "hair trigger". At least twice I've laid it on a bench or counter with the magazine out and slide locked back and had the slide slam shut after I'd removed my hand.

I contacted Ruger via phone regarding my LCP for the first time this morning. Based upon the timing the gal stated, I should get the shipping box in 3 to 4 weeks - and should expect the gun to be out of my hands for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Time will tell ...

Thanks for posting. Looks like mine is a "370" with no diamond. Oh well ... I'll take the magazine with new pinky extension.
