Registration Reopned for few slots

Due to a cancellation, a few slots have become available. I have reopened registration for those slots, but it will close on Thursday and we can't open them again.

We can only accept registrations for people already registered for something, including the "General Attendance" seminar. We've made the food order and can't change it this late.
