I can believe that but it said .38 when I went through Jan 2016. You'd think by now it would have been corrected.skeathley wrote:I already went through this with DPS. That is a typo. I think because they are using .38 as a size class, not as a strict limit. If they explicitly declare that it must be .38 Caliber or above, why is it that 9mm is actually allowed? Is there an exception written elsewhere in the rules?

There were a couple people in my class that thought they wouldn't be able to shoot their 9s because 9mm is actually 0.354".
